What has changed since you started at Chartis, and what has kept you interested and engaged? When I joined the company in 2012, Chartis only had 10 employees all working in the DC area. Fast forward to 2019 – we have over 100 staff working all over the country. What’s interesting is how Chartis has maintained its persona throughout its expansion. Each employee has a strong work ethic and is excited to continually add value for our customers and the company. I have personally supported several of our contracts and now provide overarching technology strategy and solutions for corporate growth opportunities. This level of involvement keeps me engaged, focused, and determined to help Chartis succeed.
