What was the driver behind your decision to join Chartis?
I have worked for both large and boutique consulting firms throughout my career. Having spent most of my career at a larger company, I was looking for a change, seeking an environment that offers more of a family and intimate feel.  The decision to join Chartis was easy because they are a small company with a culture and environment that suits my personality and workstyle, and one that fosters creativity and collaboration.  Also, Chartis is growing, and I feel there is room to influence the company’s evolution, and take advantage of the array of opportunities that will allow me to continue to grow professionally.
