Chief Operating Officer
Chris Ziniti

Chris Ziniti is the Chief Operating Officer of Chartis Federal, where he leads enterprise operations, execution strategy, and performance across a growing portfolio supporting federal defense and homeland security missions. As COO, he is responsible for aligning operational delivery with corporate growth objectives, driving efficiency, and implementing scalable systems that enable consistent, high-quality mission outcomes.

Chris brings more than 20 years of leadership experience managing complex, mission-critical programs and organizations. He has overseen large-scale operations supporting hundreds of personnel and portfolios exceeding $100M annually, with a consistent focus on operational discipline, client delivery, and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Chartis Federal, Chris held senior executive roles leading defense and federal portfolios, where he was responsible for full lifecycle program execution, capture strategy, and business growth. He has successfully driven contract awards, improved operational performance, and built high-performing teams across IT, cybersecurity, engineering, and mission support domains.

Chris began his career as a U.S. Army Aviation Intelligence Officer, supporting global ISR operations and earning the Air Medal for meritorious service during combat deployments.
He holds an MBA in Acquisition and Contracts Management, a Master’s degree in Strategic Finance, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also maintains multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP).
