Ms. Kasey Card is a senior leader at Chartis Federal, serving as Vice President and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She leads the organization’s Financial & Data Management Solutions vertical, delivering integrated budgeting, financial management, and data-driven solutions that help Federal agencies strengthen stewardship, improve transparency, and make informed decisions in complex environments.

Ms. Card is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with more than 20 years of experience leading complex IT and business transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and operations. Her career has focused on supporting Federal agencies and the Commonwealth of Virginia, delivering technology solutions aligned to mission-critical budgeting, financial management, and program needs. For more than a decade, she has supported the Department of the Interior’s Office of Budget, leading the evolution and modernization of its enterprise budget formulation system.

Ms. Card holds a Master’s degree in Public Management and Nonprofit Management from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio. She serves on the Board of Directors for the American Association for Budget and Program Analysis (AABPA) and previously served on the Board of The Arc of Northern Virginia. She also chairs Chartis Federal’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, reflecting her commitment to advancing both mission impact and community engagement. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is deeply committed to supporting the FOXG1 Research Foundation, a cause that is both personal and meaningful to her family.
